School Workshop in Lagos
Comprehensive menstrual health education session conducted at a public school in Lagos, reaching over 200 students with vital information about menstrual hygiene and health.
About This Initiative
Our team conducted an extensive menstrual health workshop at Lagos Public School, engaging with over 200 female students aged 10-18. The session covered essential topics including menstrual cycle understanding, proper hygiene practices, product usage, and breaking cultural taboos. The interactive workshop included educational materials, Q&A sessions, and practical demonstrations. Each participant received a menstrual hygiene kit containing sanitary pads, educational pamphlets, and personal care items. This initiative is part of our ongoing effort to ensure that no girl misses school due to her period and that every girl has the knowledge and resources to manage her menstrual health with confidence and dignity.
